Advocare found Natalie and I in March of 2013, and it has been an amazing journey. I'm a personal trainer , who was a frugal shopper for nutritional supplements and none of them worked. Of course they all had there special blends and other ingredients that you couldn't even pronounce and that were not actual ingredients.
